How to delay the software to start?

My XP system installed a telephone management system software. Using SQL database. Each boot when the software also follow start. But it starts faster than SQL SERVER. So always pop-up dialog box "can't find SQL server". I want to make the software start to start, but slowly, for example, after entering the desktop, half minutes to start, how to achieve it?

The easiest way is to cancel the boot entry, by manually start.

C:\test.bat
@echo off
ping -n 60 127.1 >nul
start "" "The C:\ telephone management system software.Exe"

From the start in the "telephone management system software".
Add C:\test.bat to start.

System service services.msc find the telephone management system software
The service, and then attribute - Automatic - replaced by automatic (delayed start).
Have a try, I do not know how long this delay, delay.
