How to write the control in the generic.xaml folder in the style settings.

I just want to set the control's style, want to put the following code in your generic file, but I cannot find this file. Do not know how to create this file

<Style TargetType="local:ScrollableTextBlock" >
<Setter Property="Foreground" Value="{StaticResource PhoneForegroundBrush}"/>
<Setter Property="Background" Value="Transparent"/>
<Setter Property="FontSize" Value="{StaticResource PhoneFontSizeMedium}"/>
<Setter Property="Padding" Value="0"/>
<Setter Property="Width" Value="200" />
<Setter Property="Height" Value="70" />
<Setter Property="Template">
<ControlTemplate TargetType="local:ScrollableTextBlock">
<ScrollViewer x:Name="ScrollViewer" Foreground="{TemplateBinding Foreground}"
Background="{TemplateBinding Background}" BorderBrush="{TemplateBinding BorderBrush}"
BorderThickness="{TemplateBinding BorderThickness}" Padding="{TemplateBinding Padding}">
<StackPanel Orientation="Vertical" x:Name="StackPanel" />

In fact, I would like to ask the Microsoft.Phone.Controls.Toolkit project is what type? Windows Phone application? Or is it a class library, I don't know what to build a project is, also, the theme folder and inside the generic.xaml is automatically generated or create your own, I said, he can't find the file.

But could not be created in the WP class in the generic.xaml file. Unable to find a resource dictionary ah (generic.xaml is a resource dictionary words right? )

From elsewhere to copy the past or build a XML file to change the name and extension.
