Ubuntu every day 4 Tomcat using CPU 99.9%

The company has a Amazon server, Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS, I installed tomcat7.0.40 server on it, and the deployment of the company's project. Add the monitor CPU alarm, threshold is 80%, more than just email reminder. Over the past two months are all normal, since August 1st 04 day UTC:07:00 will send an e-mail to remind, the utilization rate of the CPU has exceeded the threshold. When I found a 4 point Tomcat began to busy every day, accounted for 99.9% of CPU resources, the following is my access to resources.:

But I don't know why it is so busy at this time of the day, every day the hair mail all hate, everyone who can help me?

1, Check the four o'clock what backup (file system backup, the database backup and so on)
2, Ask for the application of people, they are not four o'clock will trigger timing what batch operation
3, Check that all the changes from July to August did

1.4 a.m. without what the backup operation (file system backup, database backup), if there is not Tomcat in the busy
2 I looked at the program, each hour 0 minutes 0 seconds will perform a regular mail task. If this effect should be 0 minutes and 0 seconds per hour will only ah!
Two 3 months past I can not move a server.

Now to be sure is Tomcat in the busy, do not know to have what way to determine what Tomcat is doing?
