MySQL transplanted to arm+linux problem

I follow the document Baidu Library porting Mysql to arm+linux in PC compiler success. But to my board, is the source directory to your /user/local/ development board; and copy the configuration file my.conf

When running the./mysql_install_db --user=root --force has the following problems.

Installing MySQL system tables...
000106 2:00:06 [Warning] '--skip-locking' is deprecated and will be removed in
a future release. Please use '--skip-external-locking' instead.
000106 2:00:07 - mysqld got signal 11 ;
This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
We will try our best to scrape up some info that will hopefully help diagnose
the problem, but since we have already crashed, something is definitely wrong
and this may fail.

It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 49316 K
bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.
thd: 0x497e80
Attempting backtrace. You can use the following information to find out
where mysqld died. If you see no messages after this, something went
terribly wrong...
stack_bottom = 0x40ba6df8 thread_stack 0x20000
/usr/local/mysql/libexec/mysqld(server_start_time+0) [0x4659e0]
Trying to get some variables.
Some pointers may be invalid and cause the dump to abort...
thd->query at 0x4a9000 = REPLACE INTO tmp_user SELECT @current_hostname,'root','
','Y','Y','Y','Y','Y','Y','Y','Y','','','','',0,0,0,0 FROM dual WHERE LOWER( @cu
rrent_hostname) != 'localhost'
The manual page at contains
information that should help you find out what is causing the crash.
Installation of system tables failed! Examine the logs in
/usr/local/mysql/var for more information.

Doubt is the "thd-> query at 0x4a9000 = REPLACE INTO tmp_user SELECT" this sentence error, but the change from hostname to localhost is of no use.

Doubt permissions problems, I put 1777 into the mysql/var directory, or not.

In the development board, don't know why /usr/local/mysql/bin/resolveip localhost should not ip. To be able to get on the host.

Can God pointing ah, in a week.

I can not perform install I don't know.
