Win7 32, 4.00GB of system memory why only 2.37GB available?

If XP should also have 3.25GB available like, why am I this book only 2.37GB available? The system is installed by myself.

Should be integrated graphics card takes up part, sharing in BIOS will set manual memory smaller.
