Derived from the oracle11 DMP file, and then to the Oracle9i in the data, a lot of mistakes, summarize:

Problem a:

The solution:

Login as sys in the 11g database, modify the exu9defpswitches script, i.e.:
  CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW exu9defpswitches (
  compflgs, nlslensem ) AS
  SELECT a.value, b.value
  FROM sys.v$parameter a, sys.v$parameter b
  WHERE a.name = 'plsql_code_type' AND
  b.name = 'nls_length_semantics',
Then using the 9.2.0.8 client exp can be derived from the data in the 11g.

Problem two:

EXP-00008: Oracle error # encountered
ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype

The solution:

Exp commands with parameters: INDEXES=n STATISTICS=none
