One, the installation of JDK 1.7

1, Enter the Java official website to download the installation package JDK1.7

2, To add environment variables: in my computer -> property -> -> environmental variables

     The new system variables, variable name: JAVA_HOME value: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0 (JDK directory)

3, Add English semicolon system variable Path original, and then add the %JAVA_HOME%\bin;%JAVA_HOME%\lib\dt.jar;%JAVA_HOME%\jre\bin; do not delete the original.

4, Restart the computer in force (because of the added is a system variable, if your system is win7/2008, you do not need to restart).

    Tests whether JDK is successfully installed, run the -> CMD -> javac input can come out a lot of command, it indicates that JDK configuration successfully.

Two, Tomcat installation and configuration 7

1, Tomcat 7 configuration (if Tomcat decompression of compressed packets to the C:\Program Files directory, the directory structure: C:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.1)

2, To add environment variables: in my computer -> property -> -> environment variables, the new system variables, variable name: CATALINA_HOME value: C:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.11 (Tomcat extract directory).

3, Adding %CATALINA_HOME%\lib in the final system variable Path;%CATALINA_HOME%\lib\servlet-api.jar;%CATALINA_HOME%\lib\jsp-api.jar note between them the semicolon, must be English semicolon.

4, Tomcat 7 administrator configure, enter the C:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.11 (Tomcat directory) under the conf directory, edit tomcat-users.xml, to find the final:

5, Enter the Tomcat directory under the bin directory, double-click the startup.bat start Tomcat will prompt out English in the command line window, waiting for the start of success.

6, Browser: http://localhost:8080 can see the Tomcat welcome page that successful configuration, click on the upper right corner of manager connection, the above configuration input user name and password, you can enter the Tomcat management page.
