[original] VSFTP: Login failure: 530 Login incorrect solution

1, Modify the root on the /etc/vsftpd/ftpusers and /etc/vsftpd/user_list, commented to,
2, Close the SELinux; if you do not want to close, you can open home Boolean value: setsebool -P ftp_home_dir on
3, To view the iptables rules, clear all rules or add rules to allow vsftpd through.
Connect FTP with root or other account, tips:
C:\Documents and Settings\zhangxsh.ETHER>ftp 172.20.70.251

331 Please specify the password.

530 Login incorrect.

Jul 25 22:34:20 localhost vsftpd: pam_shells(vsftpd:auth): /etc/shells is either world writable or not a normal file
Jul 25 22:45:29 localhost vsftpd: pam_listfile(vsftpd:auth): /etc/vsftpd/ftpusers is either world writable or not a normal file

May be the cause of authorization file:
[root@localhost ~]# chmod 644 /etc/shells
[root@localhost ~]# chmod 664 /etc/vsftpd/ftpusers
[root@localhost ~]# service vsftpd restart
Service FTP restart after the connection is normal, is set to 777 after the authority is not normal
