JS pop-up box garbled? How to solve

Validation with JS webpage content pop-up box code, in the eclipse preview JSP showed normal, deployed to the server and the browser to open webpage, pop-up box garbled. Previous projects do not, behind the problem.

First make sure your contentType="text/html;charset=utf-8
Then open the pop-up window with a notepad file, save as, select the coding UTF-8, coverage preserving, certainly can.
