HTML5 audio control

The use of C language CGI webpage used in the audio control, but the problem is, IE didn't ask me whether enable ActiveX webpage, only a black box, a big fork, box, attached to the HTML code

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<body>
<audio controls="controls">
<source src="song.mp3" type="audio/mpeg" />
Your browser does not support the audio element.
</audio>
</body>
</html>
