Python Chinese annotation error problem

If the Python in the Chinese translations are usually wrong:

sys:1: DeprecationWarning: Non-ASCII character '\xe6' in file ./backup.pyw on line 7, but no encoding declared; 

        see  ;for details.

This is because there are non ASCII characters in the file, in the first row or second row specifies the encoding declaration. Modification method is, must in the first row or second rows plus

#coding=<encoding name>, <encoding name>Should be in VI and fileencoding values corresponding to set
