Rails3.2 Could not find a JavaScript runtime error

The new Ubuntu 13.10 to configure ruby1.9.3+ to install the rails3.2 runtime environment;

$sudo apt-get install curl git
$ curl -L get.rvm.io | bash -s stable
$ source ~/.bashrc
$ source ~/.bash_profile
$ rvm install 1.9.3$ gem install rails -v 3.2
$ rails new ticket
$ rails serve

The following error

Sudo apt-get install nodejs problem solving
