FTP transmission Python

Access to the FTP, but two things: upload and download, in a recent project need to download a large file from FTP, and then I try to test their FTP operations, as follows: (PS this section has a problem, do not copy, can refer to test your own FTP class!)

There are problems, the final version is not in this shared!

The main improvement of the final version: multi thread upload and download function!
